Everything comes so easily to some people. Money, careers, relationships. And then there’s me. I glance down and take in my worn slippers, dog hair clinging to their fuzzy toes. My knee peeks through worn pajama pants that I refuse to let go of because they remind me of the time I spent living in Aunt Margie’s country home.
