In the international arena, many leading organizations have emerged that are carrying the banner of interpretation principles for access, inclusion, and respect for multiple points of view. These principles emphasize the importance of community engagement expert/layperson-facilitated dialogue and participation in all phases of program planning, development, and delivery.
