A most from the beginning of recorded history, people have seen inexplicable things in the sky and witnessed strange beings arriving from the heavens. There were hints that these beings weren’t human, though they were often described as being humanoids. Some suggest that the megalithic structures discovered around the world were erected with the aid of technology provided by extraterrestrials. They point to the size of the building materials, including multi-ton rocks too heavy for humans at the time to move with any efficiency. These engineering feats would be difficult to accomplish even by modern standards. Excavated artifacts seem to be far more advanced than they should be, suggesting a technology ahead of its time. The Babylon batteries, for example, come to mind. What possible use would these primitive batteries have been in a world where people didn’t understand electricity? Theories have been offered, but none are satisfactory. There are paintings from the Middle Ages that appear to portray beings in some kind of aircraft flying over the scenes. One of the illustrations suggests a battle in space. Another shows a man crouched inside what looks like a modern-day satellite.
