Andrology is a rapidly evolving _ield with many advances in evaluation protocols, diagnostic tests, clinical interpretation, and therapeutic options. “Advances in Andrology: New Developments and Innovations” is a timely review of the latest advances in the _ield, covering both male infertility and male sexual dysfunction. It starts with a critical review of the role of hormone therapy for male hypogonadism, and this is followed by an in-depth discussion on the controversial topic of regenerative therapies for ED. Erection preservation in prostate cancer surgery and the surgical management of ED with incontinence are discussed in separate chapters. Peyronie’s disease presents in a variety of ways and its management can range from mere reassurance to patient-dependent treatments like penile traction to expensive options like collagenase injections or surgery.
