Statistics from The Small Business of Entrepreneurial Council state that almost 90% of companies have fewer than 20 employees and firms with fewer than 10 employees account for 78.4%. Looking at the statistics, the odds don’t look good to build a company with over 10 employees, and although SoHo’s activities probably won’t make the pages of The New York Times, for the owner of a small company that has ambitions of growing to 50+ employees, I hope this book provides value.
