In 2013, I was a new mother with two small children. I had only been out of the workforce for four years, but during that time a lot had changed in the world, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do next. My journey into the Salesforce ecosystem was a little serendipitous. I met a recruiter at a networking event on Big Data in downtown Washington, DC, and was hired at a consulting company that was having a Salesforce bootcamp. Now eight years later, I have been on more than 30 Salesforce delivery projects in technical and nontechnical roles.
