I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. More specifically, I have been grilling. It started when I was a youngster, flipping burgers and dogs in the backyard at family cookouts. Years later I took my first job as a dishwasher at a local pub. From the dish pit, I watched the grill cooks flip glistening steaks with perfect diamond grill marks as they managed a five-foot grill loaded with steaks of all kinds. I knew that I wanted to work the grill station.
