At the turn of the 21st century, the field of information systems is nearly as important for civilisational development as information technique. It is certainly more significant to those who, while utilising information technique, influence economic development, thus creating opportunities for utilising the full acquired knowledge of also other, auxiliary disciplines. Comprehensive study as well as development and utilisation of information systems allows utilisation of the information technique potential. Computerisation-like actions, i.e. “implementation of informatics” (creation of informatics systems), represent avoidance of making necessary changes in the management system and therefore bear all hallmarks of ostensible activity.
