The title of this book is “Micro- and nanothermal transport: characterization, measurement, and mechanism.” With the progress of modern science and technology, electronic devices are gradually developing toward miniaturization, which poses a higher challenge to thermal management. The discovery of micro- and nanoscale materials such as carbon nanotubes and graphene has opened a new era of materials and has become a popular thermal management material. The main purpose of this book is to review the thermal properties, thermophysical property measurement methods, and application fields of micro- and nanoscale materials with different dimensions by introducing the unique size effect, interfacial thermal resistance, and other micronanoscale heat transport characteristics.
