Everything electronic that we either see or use in our daily life will need some form of cybersecurity behind it. Fighting today’s threats to the network has become complicated simply because of the proliferation of malware, ransomware, worms, viruses, and socially engineered threats. More than 30% of all attacks today come from a socially engineered threat that convinces an employee to download malicious software or give their credentials to a keylogged page. The majority of security protocols function on the assumption that everything within an enterprise’s network can and should automatically be trusted.
