This book deals with the design of analog integrated circuits that serve biomedical signal processing applications. It has resulted from our research works performed at Delft university of Technology. This book targets not only researchers in universities, but also professional designers of integrated circuit who deal with area and power consumption minimization of biomedical analog integrated circuits. As the requirements for low power consumption and very small physical dimensions in portable, wearable and implantable medical devices are calling for integrated circuit design techniques using MOSFETs operating in the sub- threshold regime, this book first revisits some well-known circuit techniques that useCMOSdevices biased in subthreshold in order to establish nano-power integrated circuit designs.
